ADM Facts
The ADM Board:
- Believes that people can and do recover from addiction and mental illness.
- Provides over 22,000 Summit County residents with direct treatment for mental health and substance abuse issues, whether they are children or adults.
- Serves over 51,000 people through prevention efforts with a high concentration of child and adolescent programs.
- Provides care for thousands of uninsured or under-insured people.
- Understands that one in four families cope with mental illness and at least that many face substance abuse issues.
- Provides services for people from every community in Summit County.
- Works with the courts and police departments to help our communities be safer places to live and see that people receive treatment when necessary.
- Operates a 24-hour suicide prevention hotline.
- Offers specialized services for senior citizens.
- Believes in better health, life and community for everyone.
