The ADM Board of Directors is comprised of 18 Summit County resident volunteers who provide leadership in policy formation and fund allocation. They serve as representatives of the Summit County community through appointments made by three appointing authorities. The Summit County Executive appoints 10 of the Board positions and the Ohio Department of Mental Health (ODMH) and the Ohio Department of Alcohol and Drug Addiction Services (ODADAS) each appoint four positions. Members are appointed for a four year term, and may be reappointed to a second four year term.
