New Board Officers  (seated) Reneé Greene, Phillip Montgomery; (standing) Kevin Crum

Providing leadership to the ADM Board of Directors this year are 2012 Officers: Kevin K. Crum, Governance Chair; Renee' L. Greene, Governance Vice Chair; and Phillip J. Montgomery, Secretary.

Mr. Crum is in the final year of his second term of service to the ADM Board during which he has filled multiple leadership positions. Kevin most recently served as Governance Vice Chair and also was the Chair of the Finance Committee for multiple years. In addition to his role as Governance Chair, he currently chairs the ADM Support Committee and is a member of the Audit Committee. He also was active on the ADM Levy Committee and the Ad Hoc Executive Director Contract Committee.

Mrs. Greene is in the second year of her first term and has served as a member of the Ad Hoc Executive Director Search Committee and the Ad Hoc Policy workgroup.

Mr. Montgomery also is in the second year of his first term and is serving as the Chair of the Audit Committee. He also chaired the Ad Hoc Executive Director Search Committee and is a member of the Ad Hoc Policy workgroup.
