The County of Summit Alcohol, Drug Addiction and Mental Health Services Board acknowledges two outgoing members.

The Alcohol, Drug Addiction and Mental Health Services (ADM) Board acknowledged contributions made by two outgoing members at their June 30, 2009 meeting. ADM Board chair, Thomas F. Haskins, Jr. and Ronald R. Rett were recognized for their many years of service.

Mr. Haskins completed two consecutive terms and served as chair of the ADM Board from January 1st, 2008 through June 30th, 2009. He also served on the Executive, Contract, Alcohol and Drug Addiction Standing and Executive Search Ad Hoc Committees.

Mr. Rett completed nine years of service and was named Chair of the Board of Directors in 2002. He was a member of the Mental Health Standing and Community Relations Committees throughout his tenure. He also took an active role in the ADM Levy Committee in 2006 and 2007.

ADM Board Executive Director, Bill Harper, presented Mr. Haskins and Mr. Rett with commemorative plaques honoring their years of dedication. Mr. Harper added, "On behalf of the ADM Board of Directors ans Staff, I want to extend out heartfelt thanks to both Tom and Ron for their leadership and support. I am very impressed by the commitment of our board members to our mission and both Tom and Ron have set the bar very high. We wish them all the best in their future endeavors."
